Egg-onomics!

There is much to be learned from the many colours available in chicken eggs. If you get them when still warm, the colour can be wiped off - but once they harden, too late. The brown ones actually form from blood pigment - ewwww, but the pretty blue ones, they're a different breed altogether - the Aracauna chicken. Ah yes, much to be learned about harvesting chicken eggs - nature's perfect food - and when the yolk's blown out - windchimes!
This spring we're looking forward to a few different types of chickens. Chicken shopping! Nothing better.
