Just got back from sunny Savannah and the need for sunshine is startling!!!! Here in southern Ontario after a stormy winter, I feel so down, I could gargle with vitamin D capsules and still feel angry at the grocery store cashier just because she asked me to have a nice day. Clearly, help is needed. If only I could wash in sunshine, wrap myself in sunshine, roll in it, fold it up under my chin and feel well again.
Vitamin D depletion is a dangerous thing.
I know they can't make wallets out of sunshine, but I've heard I can get a room made of sunshine. Not a room with a view....I want a sunny room that IS the view!!
