This Little Light of Mine

One is from the lobby of the Royal York and the other from a furniture store in Toronto....both hold their own charm wouldn't you say? Nothing like a little time in the Big Smoke to help glue one's head back together. Shopping, eating, walking and sleeping in a super cushy bed...that's all it took. Okay real estate circus - hit me - I'm recharged and ready!!!
But a pillow sure would be nice.

Sometimes when I drive up to our house, it seems to be hiding behind the oversized blue spruce. Now I know spruce trees grow large, and ours is quite sizeable, but the house looks as if it's hiding behind the tree's skirt. I think it's because it's ashamed of having two front doors, so by hanging back, the second door isn't as noticeable. *Note: When houses and trees take on personalities it's time have one own's checked for holes....oh, and outdoor insulator festooned chandelier, $60....ooo la la.
